New feature Ideas

I use this app daily with my 2 year old and newborn and I love it. But I would like to see some new features added. A fade out option with a selectable intervals. (eg. 5 mins. 100% to 0%) It would also be great to see fade out length options (1,2,3,4,5 minutes) and specific shut off times in sleep timer. (Ex. 7:30am) so if the 5 minute fade out were chosen with a 7:30am shut off the fade out would start at 7:25am. Thanks!!!

Amazing app!

I love this app so much! I can actually sleep all night without waking.... Next to my husband who sometimes snores loud enough to wake the dead. Seriously. All night. The only thing I have noticed though is that I have very wild and vivid dreams when using it. I sometimes wake up shaking my head at some of the weird stuff that ran through my head.

Slow app startup

Overall, I like and appreciate this app. However, when launching the app, I always have to unmute it (despite never muting it), and it take a while for the icons to slowly "appear." Im fairly certain this is for visual appeal, rather than being due to function, but because I use this app several times a day the slow load has become immensely irritating. I would rate 5/5 if the app started up right away with the need to unmute.

Couldnt travel without it!

At home Im used to the noise of a fan while I sleep, but when the kids and I stay at Disney the room is way too quiet. Rather than lug a fan along this app is the perfect solution!

Not worth the buck

Not all white noise is alike, and I love the quality of simply noise. I use it on my desktop all the time, so I thought Id try the app, but I was very disappointed. The sound quality is still there but the interface leaves much to be desired. The buttons have no labels, and you have to cycle through pressing them a certain number of times to reach a particular function. If you stop using the buttons for a moment, they fade out after a few seconds, which is intensely annoying. In addition, I keep having to restart the app to get the sound to play again if I pause it outside of the app (not even hitting the phones play/pause function again will restart it). Ill have to start my hunt for another white noise app with the quality of simply noise and an interface that actually makes sense.

UI is a little weird

We have used the hell out of this app over the last year in our baby room, so I absolutely don’t regret spending a whole $.99 on it. My only complaint is the UI. I don’t understand why the buttons hide all the time. It’s really confusing to explain to other baby caretakers, particularly of the grandmother demographic.

Should be updated

This app makes me feel like Im still running iOS 6. Update the buttons, drop the ridiculous water droplet animations, make the icons flatter, etc. Other than that, I love the features.

Everything I need

Been using this app for years.

Generates White/Pink/Brown Noise

This app is the real deal. Despite one complaint about the UI, the UI is just about idiot proof -- very intuitive unless you are below that threshold. There are way too many "noise" generators on the app store that play music and other "soothing" nonsense totally unrelated to noise. The developer knows the difference and did a great job.
